Chaque semaine, les participants d’ACT School lisent collectivement, discutent et résument en 100 mots un article d’actualité proposé par le staff. Cet exercice hebdomadaire est intitulé “100 mots”.
Pour cette semaine, les jeunes ont été invités à rédiger leurs 100 mots sur l’article “Morocco looks to French as language of economic success”.
Selon l’article, la maîtrise de la langue française est indispensable pour intégrer le marché marocain du travail. Voici ce qu’a écrit la participante Dunia Munoz De Leon sur ce sujet :
“In this article, Ahmed Eljechtimi treats one of the biggest problems that Morocco is suffering from. In Morocco, French is the language of economic growth and teaching almost all subjects. A big number of students drop out of university because of their low mastery of French language. This dilemma is creating social inequalities. The Moroccan job market requires French as an essential skill and qualifie those who don’t master it as illiterates. They will probably stay jobless or will get paid less than Morocco’s minimum monthly salary.”
