“If you think that the Coronavirus is the only threat for the human race then, you are mistaken. In France, people in the confinement, are safe from the outside danger but at the same time, they are exposed to the inside psychological danger, which is, depression.

Thanks to Bertrand PECCARD’s ten pieces of advice, we can overcome these tough times and live with it until it’s over and  we go back to our normal lives.

The ones that I liked and that I also do myself are: Preserving my biological clock in which I treat my day as any other day before this confinement. Workout and movement to keep my body in shape, also to prevent laziness or health issues. Accept what’s coming whether it’s fear, anger, frustration, boredom or sadness. Don’t suppress your emotions because it’s totally normal to feel that way.

For me, I am not feeling depressed or suffering from this confinement, maybe I feel bored and I miss going out but I try to see the bright side of everything and stay positive about this situation.”
