“This Article by Aytekin Tank talks about how to get our things done without being motivated. There are multiple factors that can make you even delay your work or make sometimes never do it at all. The author gave lots of methods to get over that like rituals and meditation, but I liked ‘Don’t break the chain’ one by Jerry Seinfeld. I am a huge fan of his sitcom; I found it more beneficial because pushing ourselves to do some work every day whether we feel like doing it or not, can bring a great result. We should focus on acting instead of waiting to be motivated because getting stuff done doesn’t always depend on motivation.

If we don’t break the chain, our daily work can become just another part of our day, and it becomes more like a habit and maybe with this exercise you can build motivation after to accomplish tremendous things as the author said that success doesn’t always begin with extraordinary motivation.”
